I’m not sure exactly how long I will be needing the item.

To prevent overbookings you should reserve the item for the longest time you think you might need it. It the item is returned early you only pay for the time it was used.

I don’t see the item I’m looking for. Does the mean it’s not available or you don’t have it?

We are continuing to expand the items we have available. We could have the item and not have it posted on the site yet, or it might be an item we do not yet have. We can always use suggestions of products to add. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for.

How new is your equipment?

We are committed to providing very new and good condition equipment. We understand that time lost with broken or malfunctioning equipment can adversely affect your productivity and profits.

What happens if a piece of equipment is damaged while I’m using it.

Please check out our damage waiver. The damage waiver does cover some damage but not all. Some items like broken glass are not covered by the damage waiver. You may want to check your insurance policy to make sure it covers rented equipment. If you provide a certificate of insurance showing coverage for rented equipment prior to rental, the damage waiver charge will be waived.
